How Nexco collects, uses and protects the data of companies and candidates, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

01Who we are

Nexco is a recruitment and selection, executive search, RPO and staff augmentation consultancy, with an office at Alameda Grajaú, 219, 3rd floor, Alphaville, Barueri, SP, Brazil, ZIP 06454-050. Under the LGPD, Nexco is the controller of the personal data processed on this website and in its hiring processes.

02Data we collect

Companies that contact us

When you fill in the form on this website, we collect: name, company, work email, WhatsApp (optional), type of hiring and anything you write about the role.

Candidates

When you send your résumé or take part in a hiring process, we may process: identification and contact details, professional and academic history, skills, salary expectations, availability, interview and assessment results, and professional references you provide.

We do not ask for sensitive data (such as racial origin, religion, health or sexual orientation). If it is required for an affirmative-action role or by law, it will be requested specifically, with your authorization.

Browsing data

Our hosting provider records technical access data, such as IP address, date and time, browser and page visited. These records are used for security and to keep the website running.

  • To reply to your request, understand the role and send commercial proposals.
  • To run recruitment, selection and staff augmentation processes.
  • To maintain a talent pool, searched for every new process.
  • To manage the business relationship with clients in our CRM.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and exercise rights in legal or administrative proceedings.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam.

04Legal bases

We process personal data based on the grounds in Article 7 of the LGPD:

  • Preliminary procedures and performance of a contract: handling your proposal request and providing the contracted services.
  • Legitimate interest: maintaining the business relationship, improving our services and keeping the website secure, always respecting your rights.
  • Consent: adding and keeping candidates in the talent pool and presenting their profiles to client companies.
  • Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation and regular exercise of rights.

05Sharing

Nexco does not sell personal data. We share data only when necessary:

  • Client companies: candidate profiles are shown only to companies with matching roles, within a hiring process.
  • Providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel), CRM (Pipedrive), typefaces (Google Fonts) and email and communication tools. They may only use the data to provide their service to Nexco.
  • Authorities: when there is a legal obligation or a court order.

06International transfer

Some providers, such as hosting and CRM, may store data on servers outside Brazil. In these cases, the transfer follows Article 33 of the LGPD, with providers that adopt contractual clauses and security measures consistent with Brazilian law.

07How long we keep it

  • Business contacts: for as long as the business relationship lasts and for up to 5 years after the last contact.
  • Talent pool: until you ask for deletion or for up to 5 years without your profile being updated.
  • Legal obligations: for the periods required by law.

After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

08Cookies

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used: pages visited, clicks on contact buttons and form submissions. These analytics cookies are only enabled if you accept them in the notice shown on your first visit; the data is processed by Google. We also use Vercel's visit measurement, which does not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

09Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access and providers with recognized security standards. No system is completely immune to incidents. If a relevant incident occurs, we will notify the data subjects and the ANPD (Brazil's National Data Protection Authority), as required by law.

10Your rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may at any time:

  • Confirm whether we process your data
  • Access your data
  • Correct incomplete or outdated data
  • Request anonymization, blocking or deletion
  • Request data portability
  • Find out who we share it with
  • Withdraw your consent
  • Object to a type of processing

We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

11Data protection officer

12Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
